When will I be charged for my plan?
Monthly billing plans will be charged each month on the date you signed up. Annual plans will be billed once a year. You can cancel your plan at any time.
Is there a setup-fee?
MyRacePass driver websites have a one-time setup fee for each subscription. The setup fee can be made in two payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! Upgrading is quick and easy. All of your data will automatically transfer to your upgraded account. So go ahead and try out a plan, and when you want to upgrade everything you've done will come with you.
Do I get MRP Insider with my Website subscription?
Yes! You will receive one free account for MRP Insider with your website subscription.

What is an SSL?
SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. It is developed for sending information securely over the Internet.
Do I need an SSL?
SSL is not required on website packages. However, it is highly recommended.
Do I need to purchase my own domain?
You can purchase a domain name from a domain registrar of your choice. We recommend DriverDomains.com.
Do Email Accounts come with any website package?
Email accounts are purchased when you acquire your domain name. We also recommend DriverDomains.com for acquiring your email accounts associated with your new domain.

Can I sell hats, koozies and other secondary merchandise on a MyRacePass website?
Yes! MyRacePass has select packages that allow for PayPal integration so you can sell and ship your other merchandise to your fans!
Are websites mobile friendly?
MyRacePass has select website packages that feature mobile websites so your fans can view your information on the go.
What web browser is recommended to manage my website?
MyRacePass recommends using the latest version of Chrome.
What is an ADA compliant website?
ADA stands for the Americans with Disabilities Act. MyRacePass offers different levels of Support options to help audit your website for ADA compliance. MyRacePass does not guarantee 100% ADA Compliance on Websites.
