HMS Update - NCRA @ 81 Speedway
This weekend we’re heading back east to Wichita, KS and 81 Speedway for a rainout make-up date scheduled for tomorrow night. The weather looks promising this time and I am really excited to get back because I feel like we had a really good car last time. Earlier this year we had a bad pill draw and the track was tough to pass on due to the rain but we still managed to win the B main and drive all the way up to 11th in the feature. I’m also excited to try out a new combination of Momentum Racing Shocks for us that others have had success with, and I hope that translates to our program. It’s been a couple races since I’ve been behind the wheel of the 360 but I think that racing the 410 lately will benefit my driving with less horsepower now. We’ll certainly find out, but I’m hoping we can get the first win of the season this weekend.
