Kosiski Ready’s For Double Dose of I-80 Speedway

Andrew Kosiski will be in action twice this weekend as the I-80 Speedway hosts back-to-back races Friday and Saturday. Andrew makes his 2020 debut in the Getzschman Racing XR1 on Friday, while returning to his family owned No. 53 on Saturday.

Kosiski takes on the competition of the Bragging Rights Late Model Series for the first time this year Friday night as the series goes topless at I-80 Speedway. AK will be behind the wheel of the Karl and Tracie Getzschman owned All Makes Collision Center , Dollar Car Rental , Thrifty Car Rental No. 18 XR1 Rocket Chassis . Andrew will be looking for his first win with the Getzschman Racing Team as every start he has made with them the past two seasons has resulted in a second place finish. Racing is set to start at 7:15pm.

Saturday night the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Racing (SLMR) Series returns to the I-80 Speedway for the last time in 2020 for the second to last points race of the season. Kosiski and his All Makes Collision Center, Certified Transmission , Kosiski Auto Parts, Super Clean No. 53 MB Custom Chassis is coming off of a victory at I-80 last Sunday in the NASCAR season finale, and on August 28th Andrew finished 3rd place in the Malvern Banks Series’ last visit to the 4/10th of a mile speedway. AK is rolling off the momentum of six top six finishes in his last eight races.
