HMS Update - Texas Motor Speedway
This weekend we are off to Texas Motor Speedway in Ft. Worth, TX to compete with the ASCS National boys for a one day event. It has been a couple weeks since our last weekend of racing in Aztec, NM where we were able to pick up our first win of the year. I feel like we have had our strongest year up to this point but results have not necessarily reflected that because of the tougher competition we’ve been racing so it was good to have a confidence boost going into this weekend. I’d like to thank Joe, Martha, Johnny, and Carla Herrera for allowing us to race this weekend as we will be putting our car into Johnny’s trailer to make the haul. We are also looking for a partner for the end of this season at the 45th Annual Western World Championships at Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, AZ. Lately we have had some motor troubles and are down to one 360 motor. We would like to race both wing and non-wing but we cannot do so alone.
