Save the Date - Wake the Lake 4 - Aug 7-9 2020
SPRINGFIELD, OH (Jan 8, 2020) – The 2020 Wake the Lake 4 will be held Aug. 7 through 9, 2019 at the Champions Park Lake in Springfield, Ohio.
The 2019 event saw about 6,000 fans attend the event from across the country. It also had about 30 percent growth in tailgate spots and the change to Raceview Camping was a huge hit, Promoter Dana Potts said. Officials will plan for continued growth in the tailgate and spectator areas.
“It was just such a good vibe on Saturday and Sunday,” Potts said. “I think the Springfield community has really embraced this style of racing along with the racers embracing the community with the parade of boats. I’m still getting messages from local businesses, fans, and boat racers about how great the event was this year."
