DRP CAR COUNTS LEAD THE WAY IN MIDWEST REGION
Wisconsin Dells WI 2/22/22-According to a recent article published by Short Track Stats there were approximately 950 stock car racing events held across the entire midwest region in 2021, 29 of those events started the day with at least 30 cars in the field. Dells Raceway Park appeared 12 times in this category, which is the most of any track for the second consecutive year and six of their Super Late Model events registered at least 30 cars with the INEX Legends & Pro Late Model events each registering three events with 30 plus cars.
The 2022 Race Season kicks off on Sunday Afternoon April 10th at Dells Raceway Park, as The Alive for 5 Super Late Model Series makes its return to DRP for the 8th annual Icebreaker 100 Presented by Wehrs Machine & Racing Products. See the Midwest Best Super Late model drivers from 5 states going door to door in heart pounding racing action in the first big event of the 2022 racing season. Plus the Midwest Truck Series & UMA 602 Outlaw Late Model Tour will be in action as well. Fan Gates open at 11am with Time Trial at 12:30 and Racing Action Starts at 2pm. General admission tickets can be purchased in advance or at the track box office on the day of the event.
