CHICO, CA - August 20, 2024 - Silver Dollar Speedway is proud to welcome NOS Energy Drink as The Official Energy Drink of the 70th Gold Cup Race of Champions this week. Inside the NOS Energy Drink Pavilion, fans and competitors alike will find many of their favorite Gold Cup traditions - Post-Race Concerts, Glow Party, Bikini Contest, Chili Feed, Dirt Side LIVE, Pit Crew Challenge, and more - made possible by NOS Energy this week.

Along with being The Official Energy Drink of the race and sponsoring the NOS Energy Drink Pavilion, you’ll also find many NOS athletes - Tyler Courtney, Chris Windom, Shane Golobic, Colby Copeland, and Ryan Bernal - competing for the $100,070 top prize that comes with winning Kubota High Limit Racing’s Gold Cup Race of Champions.
Racing officially begins at Silver Dollar Speedway on Wednesday, August 21 with a one-night only 360 Sprint Car event which brings Kyle Larson back to his home track to compete. Then, Thursday-Saturday, August 22-24, the Gold Cup Race of Champions grows bigger and better than ever with everything leading to a $100,070-to-win finale on Saturday night.
