WORK PARTY TO REPLACE SATURDAY'S PRACTICE
As some of you know we were hit pretty bad by the snow storm a couple weeks ago. We were on track to have everything ready to go for this weekend's practice and the entire season, but over 2 feet of snow put a stop to that. The snow has finally started to melt off of the track and the rest of the grounds but everything is still saturated as well as the damage it caused. Unfortunately this means that practice is canceled, we are hopeful tho that we will be able to get things finished up and ready to race on March 23rd!
In lieu of the practice we will be having a work party and would love to have your help to get everything ready for a new season.
There is lots of things to do including tree cleanup, cleaning & stocking all of the booths, some light carpentry stuff such as board replacement on the grandstands, plumbing repairs, and fence repairs.
We could also use chainsaws, rakes, leaf blowers, wheelbarrows, and misc tools if you have them. But most of all we just need YOU!!
We will get started at 10am and finish up with pizza and beverage of your choice ;)
