Performance Open Wheel Racing, Inc. (POWRi – pronounced power-I) is a touring sanctioning league. The Division II class is a combination of economy based midgets utilizing a stock 2.4 production long block. The POWRi Division II Midget League is an non-wing midget that competes in the Midwest.
