ENGLER MACHINE & TOOL PRESENTS HARD CHARGER
Merrill, MI – Great Lakes Super Sprints is excited and honored to welcome back Engler Machine and Tool, Inc. as a marketing partner for the 2019 Season. Engler Machine and Tool, Inc will be the presenter of our hard charger at each race. Each night the hard charger, the car that advances the most positions from their starting position in the feature, will receive a $50 bill each race.
Engler Machine and Tool is located in Princeton, IN and was started by Tim Engler in 1980. At that time, Tim was heavily into plastic injection molds. However, over the years he has diversified, leaning more now towards "high performance products."
Engler Machine & Tool specializes in fuel injection systems for 600 and 1000 micro sprints, midgets, 305's, 360's, 410's, and big blocks. They can build a custom injection to meet your specific needs as well. The whole Engler staff dedicates themselves to providing high quality custom built pulling chassis, shafts, specialty CNC products, and some custom machining.
They have an Engine Dyno in house for engine testing and have a Chassis Dyno that has been newly added. They also have a fuel bench for fuel pump testing. When you order a new fuel injection from Engler, they flow your fuel system for FREE!
Engler now offers mechanical and electronic injection for micro sprints. They sell the complete injection with nozzles, fuel pump, stumble valve, low speed, high speed, quick release pill holder, billet air cleaner, pump adapter and shaft, and electric water pump. They’re not available online yet, but if you would like to order one, give the Engler Staff a call at 812-386-6254.
With over 30 years of experience, Engler Machine and Tool is committed to providing the highest quality chassis in tractor pulling. Engler Chassis have won numerous NTPA, PPL, ATPA, and TNT point championships. Engler currently has chassis’s in Canada, Germany, England, the Netherlands, Holland, and the USA. Chassis’s are not available to order online, but you can call in and the Engler Staff will be happy to take your custom order.
Over the years Tim has been involved in tractor pulling and holds 13 national titles in that sport. In 2006 he was inducted into the NTPA Hall of Fame and earned the Lucas Oil Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008.
Another pastime for Tim was racing winged sprint cars. Although Not actively pulling or racing sprint cars anymore, Tim’s commitment to the sport can be seen across the country where he helps teams excel by helping them get the most out of their engines and equipment.
