LAMB, ALLISON SCORE DOMINION WINS; LAMB TAKES EASTERN LEAD
Spotsylvania, VA……..Chris Lamb of Colfax, N.C. is back on top of the USAC Eastern Midget series standings after winning the first of two 25-lappers at Dominion Raceway Saturday. He finished second to Nolan Allison of Greensboro, N.C. in race two and now takes a 14-point lead over Andrew Layser into the series finale next Saturday at Southern National Motorsports Park in Kenly, N.C. Lamb trailed Layser for nine laps in the opener, then led the final 16 laps to beat Allison, Kyle Resco, Sam Hatfield and Layser. In the closer, Allison led lap one, Layser led the next 11, the Allison led the final 13 to beat Lamb, Resco, Layser and Hatfield.
