Monarch Motor Speedway Added To 2019 ASCS Lone Star and Sooner Lineups on August 16

Bryan Hulbert – TULSA, Okla. (February 4, 2019) Adding another event to a loaded 2019 schedule, Monarch Motor Speedway in Wichita Falls, Texas will welcome to the ASCS Lone Star and American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products on Friday, August 16 for a $3,000 to win, $500 to start Red River Rumble.
The added event brings the weekend to a double-header with Lawton Speedway in Lawton, Okla. in action on Saturday, August 17.
The fourth night of ASCS sanctioned competition to land on Monarch Motor Speedway’s schedule this season, the ASCS Red River Rumble on Friday, August 16 joins the ASCS Elite Non-Wing Sprints on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 ($5,000 to win) as well as the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series National Tour on Friday, May 31 ($4,000 to win).
The additional date brings the ASCS Lone Star Region to 18 events, with the first round of competition taking place Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16 at the 46th Devil’s Bowl Spring Nationals.
Kicking off the 2019 season at I-30 Speedway on Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30, the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products will be in action 21 times this season.
