October General Membership Meeting + General Election

Our first General Membership Meeting is next Thursday, October 10th at Lady J's Catering.

The meeting will come to order at 7:00pm.

It is at this meeting we will be holding elections for Track President and three Board of Directors positions. Only current and past board members can run for President. Any current BMSCA member can run for a Board of Directors position.

ANYONE can purchase a BMSCA membership... fans, pit crews, volunteers and drivers. BMSCA memberships can be purchased by contacting a Board Member directly.

Only current BMSCA members can vote so if you want a say in who gets elected, be sure to purchase your BMSCA membership before October 5th.

It is also at these meetings that anyone can ask the Board of Directors questions. Do you have an idea you want to pitch? Do you have a question on a rule? This is the time to ask those things to the Board of Directors.
