Driver Information

Cameron is the 3rd generation of Buckaloo drivers at the Southern Oklahoma Speedway. He grew up watching his Pappy (Bo), his Dad (Jim) and several uncles race at the track back in the early 2000s. He started racing go-carts before he started school, winning his first race at the age of 4. He knew he would someday be a racecar driver and race with the big boys on the big track.

One weekend Cameron was helping his Pappy get his eco mod ready for another night of racing he asked if he could move the racecar. Well, that was all it took, Cameron has been in the driver's seat ever since, he was only 13. The first couple of years racing with the big boys on the big track was a great learning experience.

Family is extremely important to Cameron and he is very fortunate to have Buckaloo Racing aka Pappy, his parents, other family members, and his fans make it out to as many racing events as possible. We are about the Saturday night dirt tracks, beer budget, redneck engineering, painful defeat, and the kid that chases the finish line.

Cameron graduated from Valley View High School, 2023 and completed several courses from the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) College of Applied Technologies' High Performance Motorsports.

In 2023 I have two feature wins and finished in the top 10 multiple races.
