Landon "the Crawpuppy" Crawley
Landon Crawley was born on January 22, 2008 to Tim and Lora Crawley in Benton, Arkansas. Born with racing in his blood he attended his first race to watch his dad at a mere 6 weeks old. At 4 years old, Landon attempted tee-ball, at 5 baseball and at 6 soccer and he had no interest in any of those sports. At 7, he informed his dad that he wanted to try out his go-kart. He won on his second time to the track. He continued to race go-karts at various events for the next year and a half. With Landon's dad traveling and racing sprint cars himself it made it difficult for Landon to get to race as much. In 2017, Landon got his first mini sprint mainly to be able to race at the same tracks as his dad. After one practice session and lots of hesitation, Landon debuted with the USCS in March 2017 and finished in a solid 9th position. Throughout his first full season in the 600cc open mini sprint division, Landon landed himself in the runner up position 3 times with several top 5's and 10's. He was named the I-30 Speedway Rookie of the Year and made the A-Main at the Tulsa Shootout his first visit there. In 2018, Landon will run several local events as well as the NOW 600 series.
