14th Place Finish at West Texas

Austin Theiss returned with the Southern Texas Late Model Series on Friday night for the $2,500 top prize at West Texas Raceway (Lubbock, Texas). In a field of 19 cars, Austin secured his spot into the main event with a 2nd place finish in his heat. Receiving the 3rd-starting position for the A-Main via the redraw, Theiss slipped back to a 14th place outing.
