Cory Hedgecock 12th in Mountain Moonshine Classic at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Skipping the $10,000-to-win opener, Cory Hedgecock joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on Saturday afternoon for the $50,000-to-win Mountain Moonshine Classic at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.).

Finishing runner-up in his heat race, Hedgecock started seventh and ended up 12th in the 60-lapper.
