Mechanical issues spoil Groomer's outing at Paragon Speedway

Competing in a lone event over the weekend, Derek Groomer made the quick trip to Paragon (Ind.) Speedway on Saturday afternoon.

Winning his heat race, Groomer sat on the pole of the 20-lap main event and ran runner-up until lap nine when a mechanical issue forced him to pull pit side.
