Derek Groomer makes Super Late Model start at Lawrenceburg Speedway

Back behind the wheel of his Super Late Model, Derek Groomer made the trip to Lawrenceburg (Ind.) Speedway for the Ultimate Heart of America / American Iron-Man Late Model Series co-sanctioned event on Saturday afternoon.

With a strong 33-car field on hand, Groomer qualified 14th-fastest in his group before mechanical issues forced him to sit the remainder of the night.
