Top 5 finish in World of Outlaws action at Outagamie Speedway

After taking part in a successful weekend with the series a week before, Rodney Sanders followed the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series to Outagamie Speedway (Seymour, Wis.) on Friday afternoon returning behind the wheel of Jimmy Mars-owned No. 20 Late Model. Following the fifth fastest time in his group, Sanders scored a third place finish in his heat, which positioned him ninth on the starting grid for the opening night feature. On Saturday evening at Plymouth Dirt Track (Plymouth, Wis.), Rodney timed in second fastest in his group behind Jason Rauen before placing third in his heat. With $10,000 on the line in the feature, Sanders jumped up two spots in the 50-lap affair to place 10th.
