Born September 12, 1981 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Michael J. Withrow (Dec) and Tina M. Roach. Graduate of Ben Davis High School in January 2000. While attending Ben Davis High School, I worked for Speedway Engines Development Inc as a Engine Tear Down Tech for the Aurora V8 4.0L and 3.5L engines for the Indy Racing League. Then, joined the US Marine Corps in January 2000, serving as a 1371 Combat Engineer. Assignment included MWSS-171 in Iwakuni, Japan, I&I in Indianapolis, Indiana. Then, after leaving the Marines in June 2003, joined the US Army National Guard as a 12B Combat Engineer (SAPPER), 11B Infantryman serving with the 1413th Engineer Co, Unit Police - Force Protection Anti-Terrorism Task Force and Station ISU from November 2004 to April 2008. Shortly thereafter moved to Jacksonville NC working for the Department of Defense at Camp Lejeune and Started attending Races at Goodyear All American Speedway (Now, New River All-American Speedway). Shortly after being a fan in the stands, purchased his first race car, a 2001 Acura CL racing in the Bomber Division. First race was April 2022.

First Podium Finish, Finished P3 (3rd place) on October 7, 2023 in the Gary Rochelle Memorial Race.
