Heat Race: Started 9th -> Finished 8th
B-Main: Started 7th -> Finished 13th
We made the trip south to SIR for the first time. New track to us. We were pretty quick in hot laps. Garett gained one spot in the heat race but wasn’t enough to make the A Feature. Rolled out 7th out of 19 cars for the 12 lap B-Main with only 4 cars transferring to the Main. There was a bunch of 3 wide racing at the start of the race that shuffled Garett back to a 13th place finish. We learned a lot about what worked and didn’t work.
