I began my racing career in 2007 when I started racing ATV motocross. I raced ATV’s for a couple years and won several championships and also won 21 races. I then started racing hobby stocks about mid season of 2008. I raced both quads and hobby stocks for the remainder of the 2008 racing season. In 2009, I ran a full season in the hobby stock division at three different local tracks. This kept me very busy on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. But all the hard work really paid off. I won my first feature at the age of
13 at Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, MO, on May 9, 2009. I also won the 1st Annual Door Banger Nationals at Boone County Fairgrounds in Columbia, MO. Throughout the 2009 season, I pulled off nine A Feature wins. These wins greatly contributed to my first Points Championship Win at Lake Ozark Speedway, along with the great honor of being Fan Favorite Driver in the 4-cylinder division. In 2009 I placed 2nd in the points series at the Jesse Hockett’s XX Speedway in California, MO, and I received 3rd place in the points series and Fan Favorite Driver in the hobby stock division at L A Raceway in La Monte, MO. In 2010, I ran a full season in the 305 & 360 Sprint Car division at 14 different tracks. This kept me on my feet. Overall, the season was very successful! My best A-feature finish in the 305 division for 2010 was 3rd. At LA Raceway I took 8th in points. I picked up a 9th place finish in my 360 at Jesse Hockett’s XX Speedway with the Winged Outlaw Warriors out of a field of 24 cars. I also ended the season 9th in points at Jesse Hockett’s XX Speedway as well as receiving Rookie of the Year. The 2010 season was a great learning experience, and I continue to learn more and more every race. The 2011 season was full of interesting races and high finishes. I finished 4th in the ASCS Warrior Rocket Passing Points, four ASCS Hard Charger Awards, placed 9th in the ASCS Warrior Championship Series, and finished 7th in an ASCS National event. It was such a fun season and I am really looking forward to building on my accomplishments during the 2012 season.
