Steven Jenson, son of Steve and Becky Jenson, started racing in 2007. Steve started racing in the early 80's and inspired Steven to begin racing in rookie road warriors at age 11 in a 1970 Monte Carlo that was his brother's car. Steven got his first car later that year and it was a 1984 Monte Carlo and began full time racing in 2009 after running a handful of races in 2007 and 2008. 2009 was a steep learning curve. In 2010, he went full time into Cadet running 2nd in points at Cochran Motor Speedway. For the Alabama State Championship that year, he ran 2nd at 15 years old. In 2011 he went to multiple tracks not pursuing and points championships. In 2011 at the National 100 at EAMS he won the Cruiser division. In 2012 was traveling some with the super street outlaws for a few races. In 2013 was much of the same. Traveling her and there. Notable thing from 2013 was winning the summer championship at Senioa raceway. In 2014, Steven went full time in the late model sportsman division at Cochran motor speedway and winning the points championship. In 2015, Steven took the year off only racing 4 or 5 racing. Steven returned for full seasons in 2016 and 2017 at Cochran motor speedway running the 602 sportman division winning point championships both years. In 2016 he won the bomber division at the national 100 at EAMS. In 2018 through to 2025 Steven has not run a full season only running 5-8 races a year but has plans to return full time racing.

Most Memorable Moment


Most memorable moment is cutting down my tire with 15 to go at the 2017 Bama Bash pulling in and starting to unbuckle and my father said put your belt back on you got a chance still. Made the pass on the last lap and won after going to the back.
