Driver Information

• Jim Gray is a second-generation driver. Jim and his brother Robert Holman continue a family tradition started in 1969 when Jim's father Jimmy Gray began racing at middle Tennessee bullrings. Since then, the team has amassed more than 125 overall victories and a track championship at Winchester (Tenn.) Speedway ('04).

• Jim has competed at 36 tracks in 12 states since beginning his racing career in 2002. He has seven career victories, a lone Super Late Model victory coming Sept. 3, 2006 at River Valley Speedway (now ECM Speedway) in Arkadelphia, Ala., and six Crate Late Model wins at Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway. During the 2025 season, Jim once again piloted a Warrior Race Car owned by his brother Robert Holman and powered by a 602 GM Performance Crate Engine.

• Originally from Fayetteville, Tenn., Jim now resides in Lynchburg, Tenn., with his wife and their five children.
