The oldest regular competitor on the ARCA Menards Series West circuit, Todd Souza completed his fifth full West season in 2020 and finished seventh in the series standings. Running for his own single-car Central Coast Cabinets team, Souza identifies as more of a road racing ace. His only West Series win to date was at the Utah Motorsports Campus in 2008. His best finish of 2021 came on the oval of All American Speedway, where he was scored fourth.
