Another top 5 at Dixie
Derek Snyder scores a 4th place finish at Dixie Motor Speedway. Snyder and the crew headed Dixie Motor Speedway for the second time in 2012. 22 cars showed up to beat Snyder but he was fast right out of the box, keeping it in the top 5 during both hot lap sessions. Snyder would continue to keep it out front by qualifying 4th quick with a 12.832. In the heat race, Snyder finished 5th after struggling to get past Kyle Feeny. Starting on the outside of the 3rd row in the feature, Snyder came out of the gate running, passing Jimmy Mccune, Hank Lower, and Bill Tyler in the first two laps. Snyder was running 3rd and nipping on Jason Blondes heels until Mccune slipped past him. Snyder didn't have quite enough to break back into the top 3 but held off the hard charging Ryan Litt for a 4th place finish. This puts Derek 5th place into the Auto Value Super Sprint points standings. We would like to once again thank our sponsors for their continued support throughout this race season.
