Driven Midwest NOW600 Series Debuting at Tri-State Speedway and Route 66 Motor Speedway This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – TULSA, Okla. (Aug. 9, 2016) – A pair of tracks in Amarillo, Texas, will host their first-ever Driven Midwest NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass events this weekend.
The series is putting on Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class races on Friday at Tri-State Speedway and Saturday at Route 66 Motor Speedway.
Three-time feature winner Steven Shebester holds a 359-point lead in the Stock Non-Wing championship standings. However, positions two through five are separated by only 74 points. Bryan Debrick ranks second with Dean Drake Jr. three points back, Seth Shebester is 41 points behind Debrick with Hunter Gengo rounding out the top five.
Steven Shebester leads the series with his three victories as Frank Flud and Kyle Jones have both won twice with Quinton Benson and Dylan Kadous also reaching Victory Lane – both last weekend.
Drake Jr. has a 250-point advantage in the Winged ‘A’ Class championship standings over Scott Sawyer with Debrick only 19 points behind him. Colby Stubblefield ranks fourth – 47 points behind Debrick and 11 ahead of Cody Freeman.
Sawyer is the only driver to win twice this season with Nathan Benson, Garrett Hulsey, Jace McIntosh, Marcus Thomas and Josh Toho also scoring victories.
The gates will open at 2 p.m. with hot laps at 7 p.m. on Friday at Tri-State Speedway. There is free admission into the grandstands with pit passes costing $15 per person.
The pits open at 4:30 p.m. and the grandstands at 6 p.m. on Saturday at Route 66 Motor Speedway. Hot laps are slated for 6:30 p.m. Adult tickets are $12 and pit passes are $30.
