Dakotas Night Kicking Off Jackson Motorplex Two-Day Weekend on Friday

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (June 13, 2016) – This Friday is Dakotas Night at Jackson Motorplex, where anyone who presents their valid driver’s license from North Dakota or South Dakota will receive half price on general admission into the all sprint car show.
The Spirit Lake Silver & Gold NSL 410 Sprint Cars with the National Sprint League, Last-Deck® 360 Sprint Cars and Liquid Nitro IMCA 305 Sprint Cars will be showcased on Friday with Saturday’s IMCA program wrapping up the weekend.
Craig Dollansky is the Spirit Lake Silver & Gold NSL 410 Sprint Cars and National Sprint League points leader entering this weekend. He holds a 35-point advantage over Danny Lasoski in the Jackson Motorplex standings and a 108-point lead in the NSL standings.
Ian Madsen has the lead in the Last-Deck® 360 Sprint Cars championship standings after sweeping double features during the most recent event. Skylar Prochaska ranks second – only one point out of the lead – with Casey Friedrichsen and Kaley Gharst tied for third – six points behind Madsen.
Dusty Ballenger is on top of the Liquid Nitro IMCA 305 Sprint Cars points after winning the first two races of the season. Bruce Anderson and Mike Stien are tied for second and are seven points behind Ballenger.
Tickets for Friday are $20 for adult general admission, $17 for seniors ages 65 and older, $10 for students ages 13 to 18 and free for children ages 12 and younger. Pit passes are $35.
The pits are slated to open at 4:30 p.m. with the front gates opening at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps will begin around 7:30 p.m.

Saturday’s event at Jackson Motorplex will include the Wilmont Oil IMCA a mods, Bohl’s Small Engine & Marine IMCA sport mods, Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA hobby stocks, Boji Bay Water Park IMCA sport compacts and IMCA stock cars.
Kelly Shryock leads the Wilmont Oil IMCA a mods championship standings with Justin Luinenburg on top of the Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA hobby stocks and Nate Coopman in Position 1 of the Boji Bay Water Park IMCA sport compacts standings. All three drivers have won the first three rounds of the season in their classes.
Dustin Larson is leading the IMCA stock cars standings and Matthew Looft the Bohl’s Small Engine & Marine IMCA sport mods standings.
Tickets for Saturday are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors ages 65 and older, $6 for students ages 13 to 18 and free for children ages 12 and younger. Pit passes are $30.
The pits will open at 4 p.m. with the main gates opening at 5 p.m. Hot laps are scheduled for 7 p.m.
