LICHTFELD & SAUTER SPLIT UMA LATE MODEL MAINS

Wisconsin Dells WI-Lichtfeld and Sauter fight their way to victory lane in the Gandrud Performance Parts Late Models Features at the Kalahari Summer Splash at Dells Raceway Park. First in the Chasing Daylight Animal Shelter 50 Lap Make Up feature Reigning Champion and current points leader Mike Lichtfeld would fire forward from his 10th starting spot to claim his 3rd feature win of 2024. He would be followed to the line by Nick Nolden, Weston Marthaler, Steve Lichtfeld and Mahlon Borntreger. Later in the Kalahari Resorts and Convention Center 35 Lap feature 3rd Generation Rookie Pilot Penn Sauter would drive like a veteran to the front of the field to hit the line P1. It was a special moment at DRP as it was the young drivers First Career Late Model Feature win. Sauter would be followed to the line by Nick Nolden, Jesse Bernhagen, Weston Marthaler and Mike Lichtfeld. Further results from the night’s action can be found below.
