SCHISSEL COLLECTS FIRST CAREER WIN IN UMA LATE MODELS

Wisconsin Dells WI-Rio, WI driver Morgan Schissel collected his first career Gandrud Performance Parts Late Model Feature win on Lyle Nabbefeldt Tribute night at Dells Raceway Park. Schissel charged forward from his 9th starting spot in the 35 lap main event. The 71 was followed to the line by Randy Sargent, Mike Lichtfeld, Mahlon Borntreger and Jason Stark. The Diamond Wheels Fast dash was won by Nick Nolden while the heats were won by Logan Graham and Jason Stark. Point’s leader Mike Lichtfeld was Fast Qualifier of the 21 cars in attendance with a lap of 14.117. The Gandrud Performance Parts Late Models will be back in action June 8th for Rake Motorsports Night at the races.
