Wildes Wins Dells Mods in a Thriller
Wisconsin Dells WI 7/24/21-Brad Wildes of Tomah took the lead from veteran driver Bill Prietzel (Richfield WI) in the closing laps of the UMA Modified A-Main Saturday Night to claim his first feature win at the speedway in the Modified division. With the win Wildes now holds a one point advantage in the season point standings over Portage WI driver Jerry Blystone. Prietzel would finish in the second spot with Brain Muick of Freeport IL coming home in third while Dave Edwards (Salem WI) finished fourth and Bill Tandetski (Milwaukee WI) would round out the top five. Earlier Action save Justin Okruhlica (Jackson WI) set quick time in qualifying with a mark of 14.391 82.552mph, Dave Edwards won the Diamond Wheels Fast Dash and Brian Muick claim the Blystone Towing & Recovery heat race.
