Wild West Shootout continues at Arizona Speedway

On Wednesday evening for the third round of the Wild West Shootout at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Az.), Kyle Beard came in 6th in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Needing to place 4th or better to make the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Beard fell one spot short with a 5th place finish.

The following night, Beard fell short of transfer position into the A-Main with a 6th place finish in his heat. Sending the Top 4 from the B-Main into the A-Main, Kyle came one spot short with a 5th place finish.

For the fifth round of the Wild West Shootout on Saturday evening, Kyle followed up the third fastest lap in his time trial group with a 3rd place finish in his heat. With $5,000 on the line in the feature, Beard dropped one spot in the 25-lapper to place 11th.

Wrapping up the Wild West Shootout on Sunday, Beard secured his spot into the $15,000-to-win finale with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Ricky Thornton Jr. Rolling off eighth, Kyle Beard fell four spots in the 50-lap affair to register a 12th place outing.
