Runner-up Finish in Sweetheart at 411 Motor Speedway

“It was a great start to the 2020 season,” said Ford. “I’m happy with our car. We spent a lot of time over the winter break trying to work out the kinks we were having last year and after today, I think we have it figured out. I’m looking forward to the rest of the season.”

In a stout field of 30 entries, Ford secured his spot into the $2,000-to-win A-Main with the second fastest lap in time trials behind Cory Hedgecock. Jensen challenged Hedgecock for the top spot on several occasions throughout the 30-lap main event. Despite his best efforts to take control, Ford ultimately notched a runner-up finish behind Hedgecock, with Jesse Lowe, Randy Weaver, and Riley Hickman rounding out the Top-5.
