4-17 Southern Speedway leads Florida Asphalt tracks to re-open after the COVID pandenmic

4-17 Southern Speedway was the 1st asphalt race track in Florida to re-open after the COVID pandemic.

After being closed since March 15, 2020; 4-17 SSE was able to re-open with strict phase one guidelines on May 9, 2020.

After leading the way and setting a precedent for other tracks to follow for re-opening guidelines - the NBC2 News took notice:
