PPMS Announces Live Streaming Partnership for 2024
Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway (PPMS) has officially agreed to a one year extension with The Cushion, a nationwide leader in motorsports streaming events. As one of the longest operating streaming providers in motorsports, The Cushion will continue to deliver weekly racing action from PPMS to a global audience, who will once again be able to access these events from the comfort of their homes and the convenience of their mobile devices. However, the 36th Annual Pittsburgher 100 Weekend presented by Big River Steel featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will be streamed exclusively on FloRacing.
“We're happy to continue our working relationship with The Cushion,” states Operations Manager Tyler Harris. Harris continues, “With 2023 being our first season involved with streaming, we wanted to see exactly what type of interest there was in people watching our product online. After reviewing the results and seeing the growth potential that The Cushion has as a platform, both parties were eager to sign the extension and move forward.”
The Cushion has made adjustments to their plans and pricing in 2024 to better serve their customers. Monthly subscriptions will now be available in addition to the annual subscription and Pay Per View options. Over 200 races will be streamed through The Cushion in 2024, including the majority of the FAST on Dirt 410 Sprint Car Series and the BOSS Wingless Sprint Car Series.
The first two broadcasted events for PPMS in 2024 will be the Pot of Gold 75 on Saturday, March 16th and Gender Reveal Night on Saturday, March 23rd. The Pot of Gold 75 will host the aforementioned FAST on Dirt 410 Sprint Car Series, the ULMS Racing Series Super Late Models, and the SCDRA Northeast Sport Compacts. On March 23rd, Blair and his wife, Tabetha, welcome everyone to be a part of the gender reveal for their third expected child. A special gender reveal race will be held mid-event where Blair, Tabetha, family, friends, and fans will collectively discover the gender of the child together.
