Renewing Pit Spots & New Cement Slabs 2016-2019

Pit spots are renewed and paid for in full by November 15th each year. Racers who owned the spot last year have first right of refusal until November 15th. After this time, we'll know what is available and if cement spots are open.

Reserved Parking Spots
• Cement Slabs $125 per year
• Dirt & Grass spots $75 per year

Several people have inquired about pouring more cement pit spots. The track does not have excess funding necessary to pour a strip of slabs. We have worked out a plan with a few racers and we are offering it to everyone during the off season.

New Cement Slabs 2016-2019
• The cement for a parking spot costs $504 each (excluding the forms, materials and labor).
• Those who would like to purchase a new cement slab can pay $100 a month for five months, November -April or pay the lump sum of $500 by April 15th and will own the spot for 4 years.
• TCMS will provide all of the materials and labors and the spots will be poured in the spring when the ground allows.
• Racers who own a new cement spot can sublease it if they wish during the four years 2016-2019.
• Starting 2020, the new spots will become part of our yearly renewal process.

Free grass parking spots are offered along the back fence line for those who do not want to reserve one for the entire season and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
