Top-5 finish in MARS finale at Spoon River Speedway

With Friday’s opener falling to Mother Nature shortly after heat races wrapped up, Garrett Alberson returned to Spoon River Speedway (Banner, Ill.) on Saturday evening for the MARS Racing Series season finale. With preliminary results placing Alberson fourth on the starting grid for the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Garrett held his spot for all 40 laps to finish fourth.
