Six Classes of Micro Sprints Highlight PCR Weekly Championship Cup this Saturday

TULSA, Okla. (August 14, 2018) - This Saturday night PCR Weekly Championship racing continues at Port City Raceway featuring all six POWRi Micro Sprint divisions.

Outlaw, Sportsman, Non-Wing, A-Class, Restricted and Junior Sprints will battle it out on the high banks of Port City Raceway as they continue their quest to be the 2018 track champions.

In the POWRi Outlaw class, Brock Berreth leads the point standings with a 101 point lead over Curtis Jones. Frank Flud finds himself in the third spot 190 points behind. Kris Carroll holds down the fourth spot with Spencer Mason claiming the fifth spot.

Jeremy Wickham leads Ryan Cody by 35 markers in the POWRi Sportsman class. Dave Nicholson sits in the third spot. Randy Myers hangs on the fourth spot. Darrius Myers brings up the top five.

65 points separates Curtis Jones and Jake Nail in POWRi Non-Wing competition. 187 points back is Frank Flud. Ronnie James holds onto the fourth spot with Jerry McGinnis in fifth.

Caleb Pence continues to lead Frank Flud by 91 points in the POWRi A-Class.Jake Nail sits on the final spot of the podium 101 points behind the leader. Steven Curbow finds himself in fourth with Kris Carroll rounding out the top five.

The tightest points battle is in the POWRi Restricted class as Baron Silva holds a 19 point lead over Shawn Mahaffey. Ryker Pace holds onto the third spot sitting 61 points behind Silva. Jsae Mosley is fourth with Glenn James Bratti hanging onto fifth.

POWRi Junior Sprint point standings is being led by Hayden Mabe as he holds a 112 point lead over second place, Brody McClelland. Jase Blevins is third. Bryson Mosley fourth and Cale McGee rounding out the top five.

Saturday nights races get underway at 8pm. Hot Laps begin at 7:30pm and Gates open at 5pm.

Adults are just $10 to get in. Kids 6-12 & Seniors are $6. Kids 5 & Under along with Veterans are FREE! Pit passes are $30.
