Racing cancelled this Weekend at Marshalltown

This weekends events at the famed High Banks of Marshalltown have been cancelled. “Due to cold temp and the amount of rain we have received at the track, it will make it impossible to get the track ready.” Stated promoter Toby Kruse.

The April 11th Inaugural Bill Davis Memorial will be rescheduled to Thursday July 11th during the Central Iowa Fair. Season Opener for the 2019 season will be pushed back on week to April 19th and will run along with the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series. “It’s always hard to cancel an event, but we want to make sure our fans and racer have the best when they come to Marshalltown.” Commented Kruse.

Race action will resume next Friday night at IMCA oldest Sanctioned track, starting it’s 39th season of sanctioned IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing. IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars, Northern SportMods, Hobby Stocks and ModLites
