Colby Womer JBMotorsports latest results.
Western Pennsylvania has seen its share of rain this year. Jim Perricone owner and driver has seen Eight rain outs in attempting to run at Lernerville Speedway this year. So two weeks ago with rain in the forecast for Lernerville Colby and the team opted to race at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Colby was fast all night long and finished a solid 8th place in the feature. Colby finished ahead of Bob Felmlee and Michael Bauer which is no easy task in Western PA.
This past weekend the weather held strong and Colby ran the FAB 4 at Lernerville Speedway. Colby had a strong finish in the heat race and placed second to a flying Carl Bowser who looked like the class of the field. Colby would start outside row 2 in the 4th starting spot for the feature. Colby looked strong early but as the feature went on it seemed the motor laid down and just ran flat. Colby would bring the car home 16th on Friday. Sadly, it seems we have dropped a cylinder and will need now to pull the motor and refresh before any more racing can be done. We really want to thank Thoma Meat Market and Tim for all the support this year and J&J Auto racing for building the best cars.
