Race Notes 6.29

BOSS

FLick and SOdeman. Roselooking underneath Gullick for third three laps in. . Glullick powers away and slides SOdeman for second. Sodeman and Gullick are in a battle, engaged for the second spot allowing Flick. FLicn Jr lead em to green. Coleman Gullick runs third with BIll Rose fourth. Flick is getting separation early. .  Rose and Gullck

 

FLick spins on turn two and pirouettes to try to save it as he ends up on his side.

five laps down. red flag

Kory Crabtree has stormed through the foield so far. 16th to 7th.

Restart. Gullick and Bill Rose rocket by Jack Sodeman Jr who now runs third. Crabtree now runs fifth. Gullick setting a good pace up front. . Rose and SHetler are locked in a tight battle for second.   Shetler makes his way underneath with nine laps down! . odeman and Rose battle and here come Crabtree! Crabtree passses wRose with a slider with 12 laps down.  Mike Miller winds up on his side in turn four. 12 laps down. Sodeman Jr. heads to the pits for a tire.

Restart.

Shetler can stay with Gullick  but Crabrree is getting good jump on the restarts.  Kullick now putting distance between himself and SHetler. .  Perigo now challenging Bill rose for fourth. . Top three hoave now strung out. .  Pergigo makes the pas s onl ap 17. Gullick now with a near starightaway lead. . Crabtree looks underneath Shetler.  KCrabtree looking for second but Shetler shuts the door with 19 laps down, Gullick now in total command but lapped traffic is approaching. .  Perigo now is taking looks under Crabtree, it's three wide for second on lap 23. And we've got a yellow! Caution for Orange Cone!

Restart. Gullick makes no mistake on the restart, but Crabtree spins in turn two while running second. Flat tire for Crabtree. One lap shootout for the win!

Allegheny Sprint Tour

Will Fleming and Greg Dobrosky will lead em to the green! Fliming with the early lead with Dobrosky right behind him. . Colwwell running third early on. Fleming is gaining some separation from the field. Colwell takes second from Dobrosky. Vinny Dougherty is making up ground quick! . Fleming entering lapped traffic. Jonathan Jones has moved from 19th  to tenth. Man on th emove. .  Si laps down...we've ot a caution. . Shamus O'Donnell bursts into flames. six laps down.

Restart

Fleming still setting a good pace out front. . Colwell starting to take some looks on Fleming to the outside halfway home. . then taking looks under. . back up top in turn two and around down the backstretch. Colwell is your new leader.  . Fleming takes it back with 12 laps down. Thyre side by side. .  Colwell finally puts him to the behind him for good with si laps to go. there's lapped traffic for your leader.  Dobrosky starts to reel in Fleming. .  Fleming not giving up . he closes with five to go. . We've got a yellow.    Eric Husick spins with 15 laps down.

Restart:

Fleming rockets around Colwell...it's erased.  Caution. Brian Wright off the top of turn two.

Restart- Fleming will try again. Can Colwell hold off?

Dobrosky has his sights set on Fleming. Jones now has entered the top five and is pressing Ritchey for fourth which he takes with an inside move on lap 18. . . Two laps to go. Dobroski and Fleming are side by side. . Fleming takes it!!!

 

RUSH Sprints

Ruhlman takes the early lead. . Three wide for the lead early on.  Kent takes the second spot from Hawkins with Ruth now running fourth. . . Hawkins does not go quietly.  Ruhlman is getting away up front. . Top four have separation just six laps in.   . Kent now up top and going around Hawkins with eight own but Hawkins says no. Dave Hawkins playing some defense. .  Ruhlman will not be caught. . Two to go, Looks like it's pretty much set in stone. . He's goodl
