Josh Rice Repeats at the Burg

Josh Rice Wins the Northern Allstars Late Model Whiskey City 30

Josh Rice completed the sweep on the night setting fast time, winning his heat and leading all 30 laps of the feature. Josh Rice led all 8 laps of his heat followed by Chad Stapleton and Jared Bailey. Heat number 2 was won by Jason Jameson who was also the second quick qualifier. Following Jameson were Derek Groomer and Kody Evans. Heat 3 was won by the 9th quick qualifier, David Webb. Webb started inside row 2 and charged to the front followed by Tyler Collins and Michael LeFevers. Josh Rice and Jason Jameson started on the front row and were clearly the fastest cars on the track. Jameson caught Rice a couple of times but with the fast racing surface he just didn't have enough to overtake Rice. Chad Stapleton joined Rice and Jameson on the podium. Jake Leitzman moved up 8 spots and finished 9th to claim the hard charger of the race.

Stricker Dominates the "Northern Allstars Modifieds

Adam Stricker also completed the sweep by setting quick time, winning his heat and leading all 20 laps of the feature enroute to a dominating performance at the Burg. Stricker started on the pole of heat 1 and led all 8 laps for the win followed by Nick Snell and Jason Hollon. Heat 2 featured the 2nd quick qualifier Matt Hamilton. Hamilton started on the pole and led all 8 laps followed by Daniel Dehner who came from 4th to 2nd and Jordan Wever rounded out the top 3. Heat 3 pole sitter and third quick qualifier was Ben Harmon. Harmon cruised to the win followed by Scottie Williams and Kyle Schornick, who came from 5th to round out the top 3. Stricker and Hamilton started on the front row of the feature. Stricker got out to a quick lead followed by Hamilton. Hamilton mounted a couple of charges but Stricker proved to be too quick on the high side. Joining Stricker and Hamilton on the podium was Ben Harmon. Ricky Bolton was the hard charger moving up 12 spots.

Moore Wins Hornet Feature for 4th Win

Multi-time series champion Cordell Moore started on the outside front row and led all 15 laps enroute to picking up the feature win. It was Moore’s fourth win of the season in the Lawrence Motorsports Trailer Sales Hornets. Landen Ramirez tried to keep pace with Moore and did for much of the race. As the laps ran down, Moore’s lead increased. Ramirez finished second followed by Kevin McCoy, Alex West and series point leader Chevy Gibson. Heat race winners
were Ramirez and Chevy Gibson. The Lawrence Motorsports Trailer Sales Hornets return to the track on Saturday, September 27th.

Stecht Wins First Crown Vic Feature at Lawrenceburg

Dennis Stecht won his first feature at Lawrenceburg in the Crown Vic class in 2025. Stecht started 4th and raced his way to the lead. Andrew Saville started on the pole and was one of the quicker cars on the night. Unfortunately, mechanical issues sidelined him for the rest of the night. Stecht took over the lead with Ryan McCracken not far behind. McCracken did a nice job keeping Stecht close. In the end, Stecht held on for the feature win. McCracken was second followed by Gavin Fields, Geremy Hays and Taylor Hammons. Heat race winners were Hays and Saville. The Crown Vics return to the track on Saturday, September 27th.
