Entries Needed for Fair Enduro

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="400"] Photo by Steven Cox [sprintcarphotos.com][/caption]CHICO, CA (5-8-12) - In just 18 days, Silver Dollar Speedway will host its first Enduro under the lights on May 26. Traditionally the fair Enduro race takes place on Monday afternoon. This year it was decided that the Enduro would take place Saturday night. "It's a chance for these drivers and teams to get the top billing they deserve," said Promoter Dennis Gage. Registration forms can be found at www.silvderdollarspeedway.com. Please feel free to call the office at (530) 350-7275 for other information. Early bird registration ends on May 16. Big savings are offered to get your registrations in early.

The Enduro is a 200 lap race. The only time the race is stopped is if a driver is in danger. The race is also stopped after 100 laps to allow the drivers a break, to switch drivers, or fix any problems they encountered.

The pit gate will open at 3pm. Front grandstand will open at 5pm. The driver meeting is scheduled for 5:15pm. Best appearing car contest will take place at 5:45pm. A special Out-House race will begin at 6pm. The Enduro race is slated to start at 6:15pm.
