Soaking Rainfall Cancels Lake Ozark Speedway on Sunday, May 26
Eldon, MO. (5/26/24) Due to drenching area overnight precipitation with additional rain predicted in the afternoon, Lake Ozark Speedway, in connection with POWRi and OCRS, officials have decided to cancel the finale event of SprintFest presented by Start2Finish at Lake Ozark Speedway scheduled for Sunday, May 26th.
Series and track officials will be diligently working together for a possible reschedule date for the event which will be announced once confirmed. Continue to monitor the website and social media platforms for updates and future information.
Ensuing POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League stand-alone event competition will include a two-day return visit to Lake Ozark Speedway for the Independence Celebrations on July 5-6. Full schedule and updated seasonal standings are available online at www.powri.com.
Up next for the Oil Capital Racing Series will be a visit to Enid Speedway, in Enid Oklahoma, on Saturday, June 1st, additional information including full 2024 season schedule and points standings can be found online at www.ocrsracing.net.
Next up for Lake Ozark Speedway will be on Saturday, June 8th for the Cash Money Clash; Sanctioned classes to compete are set to include the Clash Money Late Model Series as well as POWRi-sanctioned, Super Stock, B-Mod, Pure Stock, Midwest Mod, and Hornet divisions.
