2014 Rapid Speedway Awards Banquet
For 2014, Rapid Speedway will not be holding an awards banquet. You heard it here first, Rapid Speedway will NOT be holding an awards banquet for the 2014 racing season. Awards banquets are too boring and stale!
Instead, we'll be hosting the 1st Annual Rapid Speedway Year End PARTY!! We're going to switch it up this year and create an event open to drivers, crew, and fans alike. Its a great excuse to get together and celebrate another successful year at the track! The PARTY will be held at the Forster Community Center in Rock Rapids on Saturday, November 15th.
The agenda for the night looks something like this:
6:00 pm - Social Hour
7:00 pm - Dinner
8:00 pm - 10 pm - Awards and Games
We'll have entertainment, a photo booth, door prizes, and games - bring your game face and let the games begin!
Ticket prices will be determined and announced shortly. Tickets will be on sale starting with the first race on Friday, May 2nd and will be available at the track office on race nights or by contacting Anna (contact information below).
