Wissota NLRA Late Models - August 22nd!

Drivers and Fans: Racing action returns to the Jamestown Speedway on Saturday night, August 22nd @ 7:00 PM with the high-powered, high-flying Wissota NLRA Late Models! It will be the first appearance by the Wissota Late Models at the Jamestown Speedway this season before they return for the 49th Annual Stock Car Stampede on September 25th and 26th. The Jamestown Speedway is super excited to have the Wissota NLRA Late Models back! We have to thank your sponsors this week, which are Hanson Tire Service and Innovative Siding, Windows, and Remodeling, for helping us bring in the Wissota Late Models.

Wissota Late Model Drivers (Three NLRA Events this Weekend!):

August 20th: Norman County Raceway (Ada, MN)
August 21st: River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, ND)
August 22nd: Jamestown Speedway (Jamestown, ND)

General Race Day Information:

Pit Gates Open: 4:00 PM
Grandstands Open: 5:30 PM
Draw Cutoff: 6:00 PM
Racing Starts: 7:00 PM

Grandstand Admission:

Adults (Ages 18 & Over): $20
Students (Ages 12-17): $5
Youth (Ages 12 & Under): FREE!
Tickets available at the front gate and online purchase is not required through MRP.

Nightly Activities:

Kid Activities: Kids Wheel (6:45 PM Pre-Race Prize Wheel), Junior Trophy Presenters, and numerous giveaways
Adult Prizes: Drawings throughout the race night for prizes

Wissota & IMCA Drivers: This will be one of the last races at the Jamestown Speedway this year until the 49th Annual Jamestown Stock Car Stampede occurs on September 25th and 26th (2 Complete Shows!), so come on out and get some laps around the Speedway! Also, don't forget to sign-up for the Stampede Calcutta auction that will take place on Thursday, September 24th! Please e-mail Paulette at jmstcalcutta@hotmail.com, or contact Paulette at 701-320-1605, the raceline at 701-527-2467, or mail entries to 1607 Hwy 281 North, Jamestown, ND 58401 with driver information for the Calcutta if you are participating in this year's Stock Car Stampede. Information should include the driver's class, car number, e-mail if possible, phone number, address, and etc.

Drivers Remember: It is FREE to enter the Calcutta and it adds extra money into the prize fund for the Stampede weekend!!
