WESTLEY SMITH SCORES FIRST WIN OF SEASON IN AC DELCO SPORTSMAN
Trevor Collins led the first lap of the 15-lap AC Delco 602 Sportsman feature but slowed to a stop on the second lap to bring out the yellow. Jason Rush was the new leader with Westley Smith running strong in second. Smith got by Rush for the lead on lap six. Rush tried to regain the spot but spun to bring out the caution.
Jordn Justice was now in second with Scott Hitchens coming from deep in the field to third. The trio would run in that order for the second half of the race with Westley Smith picking up his first win of the season. Justice maintained his point lead by finishing second and defending champion Hitchens finished in third. Fourth went to Danny Smack and Devin Dodson rounded out the top five. Heats were won by Smith and Rush.
