LATE RACE MOVE MAKES JAMES HILL 6 FOR 6 AT CAMP BARNES

In the 15-lap Mod Lite feature it looked as if James Hill’s win streak was in jeopardy. The first half was caution free with heat winners Tim White and James Hill running one-two. Two cautions on laps nine and 11 kept the field bunched and when the final yellow flew with just two laps to go Hill was primed for the challenge.

On the restart, Hill shot to the outside and made the winning pass for his sixth straight win of the season. White had to settle for second with Brandon Dennis third. Nick Sapp got by Aaron VanVorst late in the race to finish in the fourth spot with VanVorst fifth. The race was sponsored by J.D. Willey and Edge Chassis.
