DWAYNE CROCKETT GETS SEASON'S FIRST IN AC DELCO SPORTSMAN

It took four attempts to get the first lap of the 15-lap AC Delco 602 Sportsman feature in the books. Trevor Collins held off Adam White at the start. Dwayne Crockett quickly moved from fourth into second and took the lead on lap five.

 

Devin Dodson got by both Collins and White to grab second just after halfway. A good battle ensued for third as Jordn Justice got by White but White regained the spot with five to go. At the checkered it was Crockett picking up his first win of the season over Dodson. White posted his best finish in third with Justice fourth and Kevin Sockriter rounded out the top five. Heats were won by Justice and Dodson.
